What movement do you use?+
We use genuine Seiko NH35 automatic movements in most of our watches. These are reliable, accurate, and serviced movements that power our timepieces.
Do your watches come with a warranty?+
Yes! All Moddy's Custom Watches come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is the shipping time?+
Since all watches are hand-built to order, production takes approximately 4–6 weeks. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your watch, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the issue.

What materials are used?+
Our watches feature sapphire crystal glass, stainless steel cases, and premium aftermarket components. All materials are selected for their quality and durability.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Your Order feature on the website.
Are the watches waterproof?+
Most of our watches are water-resistant to 10 ATM (100m), but we recommend avoiding submersion and exposing them to water pressure.
